Vice President

Samantha Campbell - Shore Regional H.S.

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Mahatma Gandhi

Hey hey, NJ! I'm Sam and I'm excited to be your Vice President on the NJASC Board of 2010. As a Junior at Shore Regional High School, in the very REAL region of Central New Jersey, I am very involved in my school and community. After school, I work with the students of my town's elementary school at after care. I am a member of my school's FCA, a player on the girls basketball team, and the Recording Secretary for Student Council.

Student Council has been a huge part of my life since I first began when I was 10. My favorite aspect of Student Council is meeting new people. Although I attend a very small school, Student Council enables me to meet and work with people I otherwise wouldn't know. I have made some of my best friends through Student Council as well as the NJASC at LTC.

A big thanks to you New Jersey, my family, and my friends, whose support has gotten me here today! I look forward to working with the rest of the board and the rest of the state in the upcoming year. My biggest hope would be to  share my love of leading and working with others with the rest of the state. With some hard work and good attitudes I'm sure we can make this year a great one!
