Our Junior Staff is vital to the success of the annual NJASC Leadership Training Conference - the oldest continually operating conference of its' kind in the United States. If you are interested in joining our LTC 2009 Staff as a Junior Counselor, here are some things you need to know before applying:

IMPORTANT:  You must have attended LTC in order to apply to become a Junior Counselor (JC).

You must completely fill out the JC Application Form, following directions EXACTLY as indicated. Only complete applications with all required information will be accepted.  This form is located in the back of your LTC Binder, or can be downloaded by clicking on one of the links below:

Completed applications must include: 

  • TWELVE COPIES of your completed JC Application Form

  • TWELVE COPIES of your one page answer to all questions asked on this form

  • ONE picture of yourself

  • A letter of recommendation from your Student Council or other activity Advisor, which must be mailed under separate cover to the NJASC Southern Office at Palmyra HS.

IMPORTANT:  To apply for LTC 2009, your completed application and ALL accompanying materials must be postmarked on or before 12/1/2008.

Forms postmarked after this date WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstances! If your application to become a Junior Counselor is accepted, there is a mandatory new staff training session on Saturday May 9, 2009.
