How do I get spaces and register my students for LTC?
- LTC DEPOSIT & RESERVATION FORM - please complete the online form and send the confirmation e-mail with a 50% deposit per delegate to the NJASC Southern Office at Palmyra H.S.
- LTC (or LTC 2) INITIAL DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM - please have each delegate from your school complete the initial online registration form. They will then receive by e-mail a link to the complete Delegate Registration Form, which must be completed and mailed to the NJASC Southern Office at Palmyra H.S.
How can I get 7 PD hours and learn more about LTC?
- ADVISORS' DAY AT LTC REGISTRATION - join us for a day at LTC to learn more about why your kids come back so prepared and energized for the challenges ahead! Complete the online form to register for this program.
Students/Parents
- LTC (or LTC 2) DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM - you will receive a link to this form after completing Initial Online Delegate Registration (see above). Please complete ALL parts of this form and obtain ALL necessary signatures. If you (or your child) will be taking medication while at LTC, then you MUST also fill out and return PART 4 of this form. Please send all completed parts of this form to the NJASC Southern Office at Palmyra H.S. by 6/30/2010
