For two electrifying sessions each July, the NJASC Leadership Training Conference (LTC) brings together over three hundred students from throughout New Jersey. In four days and three nights student leaders discover, develop, and demonstrate their leadership potential in a supportive and unique environment that will prepare them for the challenges which lie ahead...
LTC is the oldest continually operating Leadership Conference in the United States, now entering its 55th year. In 2007 LTC moved into a new facility at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in Ewing Township, renewing many long standing traditions while establishing new ones that will last for many years to come...
For years, delegates consistently have said the same thing - WE WANT MORE LTC! Well, "LTC 2" is the answer - it gives student leaders who have already attended LTC the chance to come back for more! "LTC 2" is actually a conference within a conference, in which delegates enjoy the same great social program that makes LTC a uniquely enjoyable experience. Meanwhile, they get a leadership curriculum incorporating new advanced classes that not only expand on aspects of leadership covered in the current LTC program but also present new areas of exploration and enhanced development of leadership skills. These critical skills are not only relevant to Student Council, but are also great preparation for success in college and life!
We invite ALL student leaders throughout New Jersey to join the growing LTC Community by becoming delegates to LTC 2010!
