Junior Counselors
Our Junior Staff is vital to the success of the annual NJASC Leadership Training Conference - the oldest continually operating conference of its' kind in the United States. If you are interested in joining our LTC 2013 Staff as a Junior Counselor, here are some things you need to know before applying:
IMPORTANT: You must have attended LTC in order to apply to become a Junior Counselor (JC).
You must completely fill out the JC Application Form, following directions EXACTLY as indicated. Only complete applications with all required information will be accepted. This form can be downloaded by clicking on one of the links below:

JC APPLICATION FORM Must be mailed to the NJASC Southern Office (address at bottom of this web page) and be postmarked on or before 12/1/2012 |

Completed applications must include:

FIFTEEN COPIES of your completed JC Application Form, with all answers TYPED into the provided fields.

ONE picture of yourself
- ONE letter of recommendation from a Student Council (or other activity) Advisor in your current school, which must be mailed under separate cover to the NJASC Southern Office (address at bottom of this web page.
IMPORTANT: To apply for LTC 2013, your completed application and ALL accompanying materials must be postmarked on or before 12/1/2012
Applications that are postmarked after this date WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstances! If your application to become a Junior Counselor is accepted, there wil be a mandatory new staff training session on a Saturday in early May prior to LTC.
IMPORTANT: Please understand that there are FAR more applications than open positions each year, so the process to invite potential new Junior Counselors is highly selective.
