We invite you to click on each menu panel below, so that you can see and hear why YOUR child - whether he or she is involved with Student Council, clubs, athletics, or none of these things - should be with us at LTC next July!

The video below will introduce you to our annual Leadership Training Conference...

Great ROLE MODELS from a Junior counseling staff of former delegates and state officers who apply their unique talents and exceptional leadership skills to make LTC an experience your child will never forget...

If you want your child to become a STRONG student leader prepared to improve both themselves and those they interact with, send them to LTC and he or she will return energized to do all that - and so much more!

"My daughter attended Session 1 of LTC in July 2011. She has been talking about it constantly ever since!  Her experience was overwhelmingly positive. She had a fantastic time at TCNJ, and most importantly, came back with a heightened sense of confidence.  The ability (and talent) to lead lies untapped without confidence. The exercises offered at LTC provided ample opportunities to overcome personal hesitation and foster that leadership capability. In addition, kudos to you, the administrative staff, and all of the enthusiastic, impressive, and talented young people who served as counselors during that wonderful week. I must say that I was very hesitant when I dropped her off, especially since she was the single delegate from her school that session and didn’t know anyone. My concern instantly disappeared when we were greeted at the car by staff members. I turned around and left for home without any concern. My daughter can’t wait to go back next summer, and is hoping to become a counselor herself one day. Thanks to everyone involved."

"Our son loved your program! It was a safe, fun, and exciting leadership conference for him to attend. The counselors and staff were wonderful mentors for the group activities. He is looking forward to participating in activities in the future!"

"LTC has influenced my daughter for the better. She brought back with her the skills she learned and taught them to her peers, even if they didn't ask. She uses these new tools in her everyday life to be a better leader. From hanging out with friends, to family events, to speaking in front of her own student council she has shown incredible growth. LTC has proved to be a rewarding leadership experience for my daughter, so thank you."

"My daughter has been involved in Student Council since fourth grade. She is now a Sophomore. This summer she attended LTC and came back even more excited and passionate for Student Council. In fact a few weeks later, she was babysitting my friend's children.  Rachel spoke about her summer and she mentioned she went to LTC.  My friend who is a mom as well as a lawyer who we both didn't know
was involved in Student Council.  Mrs. Zazzo also went to LTC when she was in high school. Very soon afterwards, Rachel and Mrs. Zazzo were both sharing and singing songs they both learned from LTC. Too bad we didn't capture that in films.  Two generations and yet the love for Student Council
is apparent!"
